Well I intended to update from Philadelphia, but never did. Back in L.A. now and overstuffed from birthday dinner at The Stinking Rose. I burped and it tasted like garlic, yuk.

My birthday is Friday. We are going to Sweet Lady Jane's for dessert. If you are stalking me, please don't show up, it's not that big.

I am in New York City right now, paying through the nose on per minute charges so I can look some stuff up online. Tomorrow we will be headed down to Philadelphia where I think I'll pay for in-room wifi for one day to figure this stuff out.

Earlier tonight in the subway I scanned my Metrocard and started to go through the (upright) turnstile/gate. The last person left it sort of inbetween and the gate stopped on me. I couldn't rescan my card because it had already been used. My sister was already through. A very nice woman, stopped, asked if she could help, and ended up searching through her large purse to find her card and scanned it for me. Very nice of her, and unexpected.

We also saw Letterman tonight. And then we say Rupert at Gray's Papaya. Yesterday we saw one ofhis stagehands at Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.

Flying Jet Blue was cool, but I don't want to do a red eye again.

That is my trip so far, in reverse.

    Oh yea...
    Pictures (maybe)

Your Brain is 53.33% Female, 46.67% Male

Your brain is a healthy mix of male and female

You are both sensitive and savvy

Rational and reasonable, you tend to keep level headed

But you also tend to wear your heart on your sleeve

Gibson Jury Reacts to Mel's 'Passion'
    March 1, 2005
Jury selection continued in the Mel Gibson trial Tuesday, as the superstar prepared to face his alleged stalker, Zack Sinclair. And although Sinclair's mother told "CJ" that her son is in no position to be fighting the justice system, the judge already decided that Sinclair is mentally capable.

Sinclair represented himself Tuesday, questioning potential jurors. He did so meekly and without much legal insight, something he told the judge back in January he was concerned about. "On the jury selection, I'm somewhat unfamiliar with that process," he said in court at the time.

But Judge John Fisher knows the jury selection process, and Tuesday he had an interesting question for the jury pool. It's not often that perspective jurors in a major stalking case are asked their feelings about a blockbuster film -- but then again, this is Hollywood. And in this case, the prosecution's key witness may be its lethal weapon.

It seems Mel Gibson's hugely successful, and equally controversial, film "The Passion of the Christ" is on the minds of some potential jurors. One candidate told the judge she was offended by the film. "I'm Jewish," she said. "And there's no way I can separate my views about Mel Gibson and 'The Passion' from this trial."

Another juror, a screenwriter, said he thought the film was irresponsible, saying it's not right to depict the death of Christ without depicting the life of Christ. Another potential juror didn't seem to like celebrities in general, telling the judge "I feel sorry for Zack, having to go up against that 'movie star'". She was immediately excused.

Gibson is expected to be on the witness stand to face the accused stalker on Thursday.

I don't have anything to say about this one, just found it interesting.

    Lohan: "I've Tried Pot"

Teenage movie star Lindsay Lohan has confessed she once smoked marijuana, despite insisting last year she was anti-drugs. The 18-year-old Mean Girls star has opened up to American style magazine W, revealing she has tried pot - but didn't like it. She says, "I'm not going to deny the fact that I've tried pot. I hated it." Lohan insists she'd never try anything harder than pot because she's seen how cocaine has messed up members of her own family. She adds, "I've never tried cocaine... I've seen my father. I've seen how it messes with families, and, you know, it f**ks your life up." The actress-singer is next set to be seen this summer in Herbie: Fully Loaded.

I'm pro-drugs and anti- Lindsay Lohan.

(Ok, I'm really not pro-drugs. I'm also not lying when I say I've never tried pot.)

    Richards and Sheen to Divorce
    Mar 2, 10:46 PM EST

    The Associated Press

LOS ANGELES -- Actress Denise Richards has filed for divorce from her actor-husband Charlie Sheen, citing irreconcilable differences, according to court papers filed Wednesday.

Richards, 34, is six months pregnant with the couple's second child. They also have a daughter, Sam, who will be a year old next week.

The couple married in June 2002 and co-starred in "Scary Movie 3." Richards and Sheen, 39, met while shooting the independent film "Good Advice" in 2000.

They began dating after Richards guest-starred on Sheen's former series "Spin City." The marriage was Sheen's second and Richards' first.

Sheen, who now stars in the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men," is best known for his work in the movies "Platoon," "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" and "Hot Shots."

Richards, a former Bond girl, has appeared in a host of movies, including "Wild Things" and "Starship Troopers."

I say it's a publicity stunt. They'll magically reunite while she's giving birth and go on the talk show circuit.
